On April 25, 2024, CSM Group’s Kwantify Solutions Pvt. Ltd , was honored to participate in the concluding ceremony of a skill training program tailored for visually impaired students at RamaDevi Women’s University (RDWU). The event marked the culmination of a successful initiative aimed at empowering visually impaired individuals with valuable skills for a thriving career path.
Three outstanding students were singled out for their exceptional performance during the program and were offered on-the-job training opportunities by Kwantify. Upon completing their training successfully, they will be warmly welcomed into the organization.
This skill training program, conducted in collaboration with the Diverseus Society Trust for the academic year 2023-2024, was meticulously designed to equip students with the necessary skills and empower them for a successful journey ahead.
The ceremony was graced by esteemed dignitaries including Prof. Aparajita Choudhury, Vice Chancellor of RDWU, and Mr. Tabrez Khan, representing Kwantify of CSM Technologies.The guests of honor also included Prof. Chandi Charan Rath, Chairperson of the PG Council at RDWU; Dr. Sasmita Kar, Program Coordinator from RDWU; Ms. Lopamudra Priyadarshini, AVP at Hindalco Industries; and Ms. Archana Mishra, Trustee of the Diverseus Society Trust.
The inception of this program began with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on July 24, 2023, between RDWU and Diverseus Society Trust. The MOU aimed at skilling visually impaired students of the university and providing them with promising career opportunities in the corporate sector. Following several interactions with corporate representatives, Kwantify, a division of CSM Technologies, selected three students for training within their organization. They also extended an invitation to interested students to visit their office for firsthand experience of job roles and the corporate environment.
